The Gamevasion-Collective will produce around 80 hours of content during gamescom 2020
The complete stream schedule for Rocket Beans TV, Rewinside, Trymacs, Maxim and HandOfBlood channels has been released.
Hamburg, 20.08.20 – In a week’s time, Geoff Keighley will “open“ gamescom 2020 in the gamescom: Opening Night Live event and on Wednesday the 26th of August Gamevasion will kick off with their program focused around the most significant video game consumer fair with a Welcome-Stream at 2pm. The alliance consisting of Rocket Beans Entertaiment, INSTINCT3 and Freaks 4U Gaming will produce around 80 hours of content for HandOfBlood, Rewinside, Trymacs, Maxim and Rocket Beans TV channels which all target gaming and entertainment enthusiasts from Wednesday to Sunday. The full program schedule will be published today.
In addition to the well-known highlight formats “Good Morning gamescom”, “Prime Time gamescom”, “Hamburg VS. Spandau “and “Gamevasion Championships”, the program is made up of recurring Let’s Play elements, where people can play either with or against each other. In addition, the Gamevasion crew will throw “Spotlight On” new games or gaming equipment, and in the cooking show “Schmeckt”, guest host Mori will look after the audiences’ overall well-being. On Saturday evening, a round of pen & paper role playing will take place at 9.30pm, ensuring analog gaming isn’t overlooked. With the support of Square Enix, players will land in the “Outriders” universe and must fight for survival on an unknown planet.
Gamescom is a community fair and whilst the event takes place digitally this year, the involvement of the audience during Gamevasion is an elementary part of the program. On Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., a “Community Cup” will be the warm-up for gamescom and throughout the whole week hosts Trymacs and Maxim will organize “Community Actions”, where they plan to include spontaneous Let’s Play wishes from their audience. Users will be able to participate in and be part of the whole program through Twitch-Live-Chats on the Gamevasion channels or on social media by using the #gamevasion hashtag.
Michael Petrescu, COO of Rocket Beans and Project Coordinator for Gamevasion comments: “Our viewers should definitely save the date. We’ve put together a colorful and varied Gamevasion program, in which we’ll celebrate gamescom 2020 in style! The switch between a joint and parallel program on our host’s channels will ensure that all community members can create a customized program by choosing the content they want to see – just as if they were walking through an exhibition area.”
Gamevasion is an official partner of gamescom 2020, therefore the event coverage will also be distributed over gamescom now, the gamescom content hub. Further information on the planned schedule will be available on the following social media channels:
