Besides its agency business, the company is a pioneer in online and TV influencing, managing its own original web services such as joinDOTA, 99Damage, Summoner’s Inn and BAAL as well as producing YouTube and TV formats that reach audiences of millions. Currently, Freaks 4U Gaming employs more than 150 people at its headquarters in Berlin and the branch offices in Cologne (Germany), Taipei (Taiwan), Irvine (USA), Paris (France) and Niš (Serbia). Your Quest:
- You are responsible for customer relations for selected clients
- You individually support our clients based on their needs, e.g. helping them to develop and realize their gaming and esports strategies
- You take care of acquiring new customers as well as developing successful long-term customer relations in English and German, independently or as part of a team
- You are flexible in leading or supporting our clients according to requirements
- You are responsible for the customer’s projects and accompany them, together with the relevant departments, from start to finish; ensuring the quality of the provided services both internally as well as externally
- You support our customers in all directions and come up with creative and individual solutions
- You work closely with various internal departments, external service providers and partners
- You are jointly responsible for enhancing channels of distribution, supporting colleagues from your team and for training the junior account managers
Your Profile:
- You have at least 4 years of work experience in customer care, ideally a degree and agency experience
- You are a team player with a good knowledge of human nature, maintain an overview at all times and inspire through your endearing attitude as well as a healthy amount of humour
- You are experienced in HR management and staff development
- You have excellent communication skills and a marketing personality
- You have very good English and German skills as well as MS-Office skills
- Gaming and esports is your passion
