Red Bull set out to host a one-of-a-kind Trackmania event at their UK campus—bringing together adrenaline, elite competition, and a strong community atmosphere in a premium setting. The challenge: build a fully-fledged, globally competitive esports event entirely on-site.

Transform a space at the Red Bull Technology Campus into a top-tier esports arena. This meant creating competition-ready infrastructure, broadcast-level visuals, player services, and a seamless on-site experience—within a high-stakes, live-event setting.
What we did & Results
Event Design & Planning
- Created the full event book and managed detailed pre-production schedules
- Delivered full venue planning and on-site operational workflows
- Managed all post-event reporting and debriefing
Production & Buildout
- Designed and built all key event areas including the main stage, caster desks, hospitality zone, training rooms, and backstage support spaces
- Installed and maintained IT infrastructure and competition tech systems
Player Management
- Handled complete player logistics—from onboarding and travel coordination to on-site hospitality
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Acted as lead coordinator between all vendors and delivery partners
- Ensured smooth timelines and transitions throughout rehearsals and live execution
- Delivered a seamless show day in front of Trackmania fans and key Red Bull stakeholders
Results:
- Hosted the top 8 international Trackmania players live on-site
- Executed a flawless production with seamless operational delivery
