Brief
As HyperX Germany’s social media partner, creating always on content throughout the year, we were tasked with activating their presence at gamescom - despite them not having a standalone booth. Their only on-site representation was through product placements at various publisher booths. The goal was to generate buzz, highlight those collaborations creatively, and ensure HyperX stood out through storytelling, not just product visibility.
Challenge
HyperX wanted more than just on-site coverage - they wanted a compelling social campaign that would transform scattered placements into an immersive and engaging brand presence. The content needed to entertain and inform while integrating HyperX products into a broader gamescom experience, all without ever showing a HyperX booth.

We designed a two-platform social storytelling campaign that reimagined HyperX’s gamescom footprint as an interactive adventure.

Instagram Story Campaign (Retro Comic Series)
- Created a retro-inspired “Gamescom RPG” Instagram Story series with comic-style visuals
- Published daily episodes that followed a playful narrative tied to the event and HyperX’s product appearances

Facebook Interactive Video Campaign
- Developed a multi-part video series where viewers could make decisions that changed the outcome
- Each day unlocked a different narrative ending, prompting replays and shares
- Integrated HyperX products naturally into the storyline while maintaining entertainment as the focus
Social Media Content Creation and Management
- Handled HyperX Germany’s social media communication
